Quand trop de sang versé pour rien inonde le pavé d’un Paris aux abois, quand la violence et la haine, dans une France abasourdie et meurtrie, brusquement se déchaînent, alors, les valeurs, les certitudes, l’insouciance, l’utopie d’un monde égaré dans sa course effrénée, aveugle et vaine, d’un seul coup et d’un seul bloc volent en éclats.

When too much blood poured for nothing floods the paving stone of Paris to the barks, when violence and hatred, in dumb-founded and ravaged France, abruptly break out, then, the values, the certainty, unconcern, the Utopia of a world mislaid in its race unrestrained, blind and vain, at a stretch and of only one block fly in glares.
